This blog is just a little fun for my fiancee and I. We love to eat, the basis of our relationship is based on eating (oh, and being in love). We talk about what to eat and where to eat almost all the time.
On our first date 3 years ago our eyes met over a Phad Thai at The Albert pub in Twickenham (one of the best Thai restaurants, if you haven't been give it a try!), I remember what I had to eat course by course as well as what he had.... after that meal I knew he was a keeper, his love of food was almost as great as mine!
We wanted to share our love of food with anyone who will listen, we like trying new places and wanted to share our thoughts and views on the food....
In this age of austerity and economic doom and gloom, we want to give you a small nugget of sunshine, going out to eat doesn't have to break the bank, we will bring you pictures and tips on where to go at what time to get the best deal possible on the most amazing food possible.
We have good friends who we usually go and dine with, they love food too, the type of food ranges from takeaway sushi from Atari-ya in Norbiton to a good old slap up pub supper at The Sportsman in Surrey.

ReplyDeleteI think perhaps we should meet at the Surbiton Flyer for a drink and maybe even a pub dinner/lunch, we can start with the Panko bread crumb covered scotch egg and home made pork scratchings... followed by an enormous salt beef and pickle on rye with triple cooked chips..... mmmmmmm when are you and the birder free?! from 1 of the food loving couple....
